ILOILO City – A suspected illegal drug dealer evaded arrest during a buy-bust operation in Barangay El 98, Jaro district yesterday.

But police arrested his three alleged accomplices.

Allan Crispen Jaleco may have sensed that the person buying a sachet of shabu from him around 12:10 a.m. was an undercover officer, police said.

He left behind his siblings Ma. Kristina and Dane, 23, and live-in partner Rachel Pirote, 22.

All three were detained at the Jaro police station.

They yielded six sachets of shabu, P8,000 cash, a driver’s license, and a car./PN
