A personal assistant (PA) of Jinkee Pacquiao defended her and Manny Pacquiao from allegations that they did not provide financial support to rising star Eman Bacosa Pacquiao, the national boxing icon’s son outside of their marriage.

The 21-year-old Eman recently signed an exclusive contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center and has given a few interviews wherein he stated his preference to use his mother Joanna Rose’s surname, despite his good relationship with his father.

Some fan pages, however, gave malice to Eman’s remarks and alleged that he grew up lacking the finer things in life.

But Malou Masangkay, Jinkee’s longtime assistant, could not let that pass without setting the record straight, while sharing a Facebook post.

Ako talaga isa ako na maka witness kasi PA ako ni madam for how many years.

Masangkay added that Manny and Jinkee have always granted Eman’s wishes, while appealing to the public to stop making such accusations against the couple.

She also pointed out that the couple never wanted to publicize how much they spend to help Eman and his family on social media.

Kung ano man ang naitulong nila sir Manny at Madam Jinkee kay Emman,” she said.

She likewise addressed Eman.

Aside from acting, Eman is also making a name for himself as a boxer. He said to have started boxing at the age of 9. (Hannah Mallorca © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
