FOR THE past week and counting, the natives of these islands have been talking about the marital infidelity or unexplained wealth or both of “Angry Bird” aka Commission on Elections commissioner Andy Bautista.
Mainstream and social media have been abuzz and flooded with stories after stories of the sex escapades of “Angry Bird” aka Andy Bautista. According to some articles I read on social media, the adventures of “Angry Bird” aka Andy Bautista would make “50 Shades of Grey” pale in comparison, just mention the “whip” and it would be enough to make a lot of socialites blush.
“50 Shades of Grey” and its sequel “50 Shades Darker” are just all about hot passionate unbridled sex while “Angry Bird’s” “sexcapades” are something else, kinky with a flavoring of masochism.
Andy you naughty boy, you are the reincarnation of ‘80s “Pene-movies King” George Estregan and somewhere on the erotic side of heaven, George Estregan is standing in full erection (pun intended) saluting you.
Before it gets anymore kinkier than this, let’s go to the real flesh (again pun intended) of the story.
Besides the marital infidelities and the whips, the real issue is the billions of pesos of alleged unexplained wealth of “Angry Bird” aka Andy Bautista stashed in some obscure rural bank.
There’s also the issue of these billions of pesos in money and properties not reported in the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth or SALN as required of all government officials.
Bear in mind that the late Chief Justice Renato Corona was impeached because of allegedly unreported assets in his SALN.
Take note folks, “Angry Bird” aka Andy Bautista as the current Commissioner of the Comelec is an impeachable official.
It does not matter if Patricia Bautista, the wife of “Angry Bird” aka Andy Bautista, is having an affair with a goat or if Andy gets it off having a ménage a trois with a whip as a sexual performance enhancement tool.
What matters are the billions of pesos of allegedly unexplained wealth Andy, former chairman of the Presidential Commission on Good Government or PCCG and current Commissioner of the Comelec. Here they are as alleged by his “estranged wife” Patricia to President Duterte and the National Bureau of Investigation:
• 35 Luzon Development Bank (LDB) passbooks with a total balance of P329,220,962
• a foreign currency account with Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. RCBC) with $12,778.30, or P640,959.53 (at P50.16 as of Aug. 4 to $1)
• an RCBC peso account with P257,931.60
• an HSBC account with HK$948,358.97 or P6.10 million (at P6.43 to HK$1.00)
• a condominium unit in One Bonifacio High Street at Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City
• a condo unit in The District in San Francisco, California
She also said she discovered investments abroad “in the form of his interests in corporations and loan agreements” that were not declared in his SALN:
• Bauman Enterprises Ltd., a company established in the British Virgin Islands on Sept. 29, 2010; a trustee company that Bautista set up with Bank of Singapore.
• Mantova International Ltd., established in Brunei Darussalam on April 26, 2011.
• Mega Achieve Inc., established in Anguilla, a British overseas territory in the Caribbean, on July 15, 2014
From the looks of this, it seems that “Angry Bird” aka Andy Bautista was a busy boy amassing a tidy nest egg and having a very active and kinky sex life as well.
And there’s more, from a CNN Aug. 8 report:
“Questions on the integrity of the 2016 national polls resurface amid allegations that Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman Andres Bautista received commissions from a law firm for referring it to election technology supplier Smartmatic.
“‘To what extent did Smartmatic need the services of the chairman in the past 2016 elections,’ House Deputy Minority Leader Harry Roque told CNN Philippines’ The Source.
“‘It cast a doubt because by his own admission, Chairman Andres Bautista admitted receiving consideration from Smartmatic while being chairman of Comelec,’ he added.”
The fact that Comelec commissioner Andy Bautista or “Angry Bird” as he is more popularly known has received money in whatever form from the election technology supplier Smartmatic further confirms the doubt of the natives that the presidential elections last 2016 has been manipulated.
Consider this, Sen. Franklin Drilon of the Liberal Party has more votes than President Rodrigo Duterte; if that were the case why didn’t the Liberal Party have him as their presidential candidate instead of Mar “Daang Matuwid” Roxas? Drilon could have been the president and not Duterte.
And to think if “Angry Bird” was not busy with his “Birdie” the natives would have been kept in the dark. Now “Angry Bird” is asking them not to “touch his Birdie.” (brotherlouie16@gmail.com/PN)
