BACOLOD City – After being caught using suspected shabu, a man was turned over to the police station in Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
The 39-year-old Joemar Delos Reyes of Barangay Hilamonan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
Barangay Talacdan, Cauayan captain Alberto Eramis was the one who turned over Delos Reyes to the police.
Eramis said Delos Reyes was caught using alleged drugs in Purok 4, Barangay Talacdan on Tuesday.
Recovered from Delos Reyes’ possession were a sachet of suspected shabu, an improvised tooter and a cellphone.
