BACOLOD City – A 37-year-old person with disability (PWD) was fatally shot in Sitio Nuabe, Barangay Puso, La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
According to Police Major Sherwin Fernandez, the police chief of La Castellana, Armando Binaloac was conversing with his mother and live-in partner when they heard gunshots on Thursday evening last week, May 9.
The victim’s partner shielded his mother as Binaloac fell to the ground, bleeding.
Investigators found four bullet casings at the scene, including for 5.56 mm and .45 caliber guns.
Binaloac sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body, which proved fatal.
The La Castellana police is actively investigating the incident./PN
