ILOILO City – A clinic on Javellana Street, Barangay Burgos-Mabini-Plaza, La Paz district had been robbed.
Police have yet to identify who barged into the clinic of Dr. Rosario Esperancilla to take a P10,000 computer set.
Dr. Esperancilla, who lives in Barangay San Nicolas, Oton, Iloilo, called the La Paz police station at around 7:50 a.m. on Friday to report the incident.
Medical technologist Mae Nelyn Pasakdal discovered the computer with web camera in the laboratory room missing when she arrived at the clinic at around 6:45 a.m., a police report showed.
The culprit/s entered the clinic by detaching six jalousie glass slats and forcibly removing the window grills of the Female Physical Examination Room, initial police investigation showed.
After that, they destroyed the steel door of the laboratory room, said the police.
