Lock this nincompoop up and throw away the key!

Nincompoop – A brain-dead self important little turd given an impressive-sounding job title to keep him blissfully ignorant of the world-shattering nefarious machinations of his keepers…

IF THE description sounds familiar yup, moi is describing Benigno Simeon Aquino the 3rd aka BS Aquino (no, the BS does not mean bullshit but it does seem to fit) or Noynoy Aquino.

Lately, he was the President of the Republic of the Philippines, probably the worst these islands ever had, about a few notches above his mother Cory who came a close second.

“Sainthood interrupted” Cory Aquino, when she was president, was infamous for the “Mendiola Massacre” wherein tenants of Hacienda Luisita demonstrating in front of Malacañang where dispersed by security forces using live bullets, in the process killing quite a number of them.

But her son Noynoy topped them all during his watch as President. We had the: Quirino Grandstand Massacre wherein  nine tourists from Hong Kong were killed; Mamasapano Massacre were 44 troopers from the PNP’s SAF where slaughtered by members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front or MILF; and the Dengvaxia Genocide where 800,000 plus schoolchildren were vaccinated with the experimental drug Dengvaxia, making them highly susceptible to a deadlier form of dengue.

So far 62 and counting schoolchildren vaccinated with Dengvaxia have died and this is where our story begins…

Senate blue ribbon on Dengvaxia mess: Aquino simply did not care

Former President Benigno Aquino III is guilty of “malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance” in connection to the anti-dengue vaccine fiasco, according to the draft Senate Blue Ribbon report released Wednesday.

It said that Aquino’s previous meetings with Sanofi officials violated Republic Act 6713 or the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.

“By meeting with mere senior vice presidents of Sanofi-Pasteur, he was sending a strong message or perception that he was dispensing undue patronage,” the draft report read.

The blue ribbon committee accused Aquino of putting the lives of Filipino children in grave peril by “simply not caring.”

“He simply did not care. There are so many parents who were worried, anxious and unable to sleep. They cannot guarantee what will happen to their offsprings,” the report read.

Sen. Richard Gordon, chair of the Blue Ribbon committee, said Aquino, Abad, Garin and other primary conspirators must be prosecuted for the Dengvaxia mess.

“While we were preparing for the [May 2016] elections, the government purchased, in undue haste, with the approval of President Benigno S. Aquino III through Budget Secretary Florencio Abad and Health Secretary Janette Garin together with other certain officials of the Department of Health a new anti-dengue vaccine called Dengvaxia,” Gordon said in a press conference Wednesday.

According to Gordon, Aquino is responsible for the Dengvaxia fiasco as he approved the purchase of the vaccine and caused “irreversible damage” to children, parents and guardians.

The report also showed that the vaccine was purchased despite objections from local and international experts.

“The purchase ignored the objections of local and international experts from the academe and practitioners who feared that the subsequent infection after vaccination could bring about severe dengue,” Gordon said.

Aquino is accused of authorizing the release of P3.55 billion for the purchase of the vaccine within the 45-day election ban in 2016.

Blue Ribbon wants Aquino, Abad, Garin charged

FORMER president Benigno Aquino 3rd and two of his Cabinet officials are primary conspirators in the controversial procurement of anti-dengue vaccines and must be held criminally liable, the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee said in a report.

“Aquino is responsible because he had caused the purchase of Dengvaxia and in the process caused irreversible damage, possibly death, to children; anxiety, sleepless nights, mental anguish and unnecessary expense on the part of the parents and guardians,” the panel said in its report, which was presented by its chairman, Sen. Richard Gordon, to reporters on Wednesday morning.

Apart from Aquino, the committee also recommended the prosecution of former Cabinet secretaries Florencio Abad of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Janette Garin of the Department of Health (DOH).

The committee found Aquino guilty of malfeasance, misfeasance, and nonfeasance and violating the human rights of parents of Filipino children who were inoculated with Dengvaxia.

“The greatest sin and transgression of Aquino was to put the lives of Filipino children in grave peril. He simply did not care. This is in keeping with the character of the President. During the Mamasapano tragedy, he did not even visit the bodies of the fallen Special Action Force,” the report stated.

Clearly if there’s any pressing reason to bring back the death penalty, this is it. That nincompoop Noynoy Aquino should be “drawn and quartered” and if he’s still alive after that he should be shot at dawn in Smokey Mountain and dumped into the sanitary landfill.

Meanwhile, Florencio Abad should be given an overdose of Dengvaxia and exposed to a room full of dengue-carrying mosquitoes.

As for Janette Garin, considering she is a medical doctor and still has some usefulness unlike those two, she should be sentenced to spend the rest of her life taking care of the medical needs of the rest of the 800,000 schoolchildren Dengvaxia victims without pay of course.

Unfortunately, all we can do is lock the nincompoop and his conspirators up and throw away the key. (brotherlouie16@gmail.com/PN)
