ILOILO City – For alleged illegal quarry, a man was arrested in Barangay Batuan, Pototan, Iloilo around 10:55 a.m. yesterday.
Zaldy Wayno, 45, of Barangay South Fundidor, Molo district was caught driving a truck loaded with sand and gravel.
The suspect failed to show to the police a permit to transport the aggregates.
Wayno was detained at the Pototan police station./PN
