ILOILO City – A man was arrested in Barangay San Isidro, Jaro district yesterday.
Thirty-year-old Wilgie Gagarin was a resident of Barangay Talacuan, Leon, Iloilo.
He was charged with four counts of sexual assault in relation to Republic Act 7610, or Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, a police report showed.
The suspect was taken to the Jaro police station around 9 a.m.
The court recommended an P800,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
