ILOILO City – Charged with violating the Social Security Law, a man was arrested in Barangay Villa Anita, City Proper.
The 45-year-old Ferdinand Potestad of Aurora Subdivision, Barangay Villa Anita was served with a warrant of arrest around 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 13.
Judge Juana Panigbatan-Nafarrete of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38 issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 21, 2016 yet.
Potestad was accused of not religiously remitting the Social Security System (SSS) contributions of employees. The court set the bail bond at P24,000./PN
