BACOLOD City – A 61-year-old widower was found lifeless in Sitio Manodsod, Barangay Olandao, Basay, Negros Oriental.
Nestor Locsin of Barangay Actin, Basay had “a laceration on the throat and stab wounds on the neck and chest,” police said.
It was not immediately clear how the victim sustained his wounds. Police continue investigating.
Vendors in the area who knew Locsin told the police they have not seen him involved in any fight or altercation.
Police said Locsin was last seen drunk and lying on the ground in Sitio Manodsod around 6 p.m. Thursday./PN
