BACOLOD City – A man was hacked dead by his elder brother.
Victim Jaime A. Javier, 46, of Barangay Paitan, Escalante City, Negros Occidental, succumbed to a hack wound on his stomach.
The suspect was his 49-year-old brother, George.
The siblings, with their nephew, were having a drinking session around 12:30 p.m. on April 7 when a heated argument ensued.
An 18-inch-long bolo was recovered from the crime scene.
The suspect surrendered to the local police./PN
