ILOILO City – He was caught soliciting bets for the illegal numbers game first ball.
The 55-year-old Fekix Pena was arrested in Barangay Magdalo, Banate, Iloilo around 9 a.m. on July 25, a police report showed.
When frisked, Pena of Carmelo, Banate yielded a .9mm-caliber pistol with live bullets and gambling paraphernalia, the report added.
Pena was detained in the lockup cell of the Banate municipal police station, facing charges./PN
