ILOILO City – Charged with qualified theft, a man was nabbed in Barangay F. Parcon Street, Pototan, Iloilo.
The 33-year-old Cashmere Porras of Barangay Bagacay, Pototan was arrested around 9 a.m. on July 25 after he failed to attend his court hearing, police said.
Porras was detained in the lockup cell of the Pototan municipal police station’s custodial facility./PN
