BACOLOD City – A 46-year-old resident of Barangay Mandalagan was shot dead by riding-in-tandem gunmen late Saturday night.
Jovanie Gonzales was a resident of the village’s Purok Bulak.
Gonzales was sitting in front of a sari-sari store near his house when shot by men on a passing motorcycle.
Gonzales got hit on the head and died instantly.
He was the second gun-related fatality for the month of July here following an earlier shooting on 18th Street, Barangay 5./PN
