ILOILO City – A 52-year-old resident of Barangay Q. Abeto, Mandurriao district has been arrested.
Berdie Vargas was charged with violation of Section 11, Article II of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Officers served him with a warrant of arrest at around 6:15 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Judge Marie Yvette D. Go of the Regional Trial Court Branch 37 issued the warrant against the suspect.
The judge did not recommend a bail bond for Vargas’ temporary liberty. (Panay Balita/PN)
