Momoland hopes to meet Liza during their PH visit

Momoland is coming to the Philippines this August. The hit K-pop girl group behind the popular song “BBoom BBoom” made the announcement via Facebook Live.

Momoland members Daisy, Nancy, and Ahin expressed their elation about their upcoming visit in the country.

“Aug. 18th, we are going to the Philippines. Actually we really wanna go to the Philippines,” Nancy said during the Facebook Live session.

She added, “We are so happy to finally meet our Filipino [fans].”

Daisy remarked that their group has always been aware of the fact that lots of Filipino fans want them to perform in the country. “There were a lot of people mentioning that ‘oh, come to the Philippines, come to the Philippines!’ so we thought that it’d be great to go and visit,” she said.

Aside from their Filipino fans, the group hopes to meet Liza Soberano as well, whom many K-pop fans have pointed out, has a striking resemblance with “Momoland” member Nancy.

“It would be awesome if we actually meet her,” Nancy said.

“She actually did our dance (referring to Liza’s ‘BBoom BBoom dance video) and we are so honored and thankful,” she added. (Push)
