ILOILO City – A 75-year-old woman died when a motorcycle hit her in Barangay Jalaud Norte, Zarraga, Iloilo.
Cosit Onday, a resident of Barangay Sta. Rita, Maasin town, was pronounced dead in a hospital in Barotac Nuevo. She sustained head injuries.
The motorcycle driver – 21-year-old Dave Trumpeta of Barangay Balud II, Zarraga – had a laceration on the head. He was confined in the same hospital.
The incident happened at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed./PN
