DUMARAO, Capiz – An 18-year-old motorcycle rider crashed against a Toyota Innova past 3 p.m. on Friday in Sitio Cabugao, Barangay Dacuton.
Rollyn Beldia, a student and resident of the village, died.
The driver of the Innova was Edmund Solis, 47, of Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Dumarao, Capiz.
Citing the accounts from various witnesses, the Dumarao police said Beldia hit the rear of the Innova while was trying to cover his nose with his shirt as he was driving.
Beldia died was being rushed to the Dumarao Rural Health Unit./PN
