BACOLOD City – Joint elements of the Police Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) Special Operating Unit-6, together with Police Station 2 intelligence operatives of the Bacolod City Police Office, arrested one of most wanted persons of the station 2.
On June 28 at around 6 p.m., drug suspect Julius Balandra was caught on corner Pablo O. Torre – 23rd Street, Barangay 15.
Balandra was a 29-year-old resident of Purok Sigay, Barangay 2.
According to Police Lieutenant Colonel Jimmy Laguyo, chief of the PDEG, had a pending arrest warrant (Criminal Case No. 16-42048) for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The arrest warrant was issued on Feb. 23, 2018 yet by Executive Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 52.
The court set the bail bond at P300,000./PN
