BACOLOD City – The motorcycle he was driving crashed against a sedan in Barangay Estefania.
James Cloud Nieze of Barangay Taculing died on the spot due to head and body injuries, a police report showed.
The crash happened around 10:35 a.m. on July 7.
The sedan driver was identified as 45-year-old Percival Diamante Andrada, a resident of Barangay Mansilingan.
The suspect was detaisned in the lockup cell of Police Station 4, facing charges. /PN
