BACOLOD City – In Barangay Blumentritt, Murcia, Negros Occidental, a man committed suicide.
He was 38-year-old resident Archie Lachica, a police report showed.
Lachica’s body was discovered hanging in their house with a blanket tied around his neck at 7 a.m. on April 28, the report added.
