ILOILO City – Joemar Catalan had been wanted for a murder charge.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest in his house in Barangay Ilaya II, Dumangas, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Catalan was detained at the municipal police station after his arrest at around 11:45 a.m. on Monday.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
