Murder suspect at large for 3 years nabbed in Moises Padilla

BACOLOD City – A murder suspect that has evaded arrest for three years was finally apprehended by police operatives in Crossing Tiloy, Barangay Inolingan, Moises Padilla around 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 31.

Senior Inspector Junjie Liba, Moises Padilla police head, identified the suspect as Ruben Politod Servas, 23, a laborer from Sitio Cayao-yao in the barangay.

He was arrested by Moises Padilla police and the Provincial Intelligence Unit led by Chief Inspector Benedict Poblete.

The arrest warrant issued against him was by Judge Cyclamen Jison-Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 in La Carlota City, Sept. 15, 2015.

Servas was a suspect in the death of a certain “Jovel” in 2015 in Moises Padilla

No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
