ILOILO City – Police arrested a wanted person in Barangay Juanico, Banate, Iloilo.
Edmar Aguirre was charged with murder with the use of an unlicensed firearm, a police report showed.
Officers from the municipal police stations in Barotac Viejo and Banate served him a warrant of arrest at around 8 a.m. on Saturday.
Presiding Judge Rogelio Amador of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (Barotac Viejo) issued the warrant on Aug. 18, 2009 yet.
No bail bond has been set for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
The Barotac Viejo police station took him in custody./PN
