BACOLOD City – The most wanted person in E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental was collared in Batangas City.
An arrest warrant for three counts of rape was served against Nestor Merciales at about 4:30 p.m. on May 27. The 53-year-old construction worker was a resident of Balanga City, Bataan.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 signed the arrest warrant dated May 13.
Merciales was taken to the Northern National Capital Region-Maritime Police Station./PN
