Negros Oriental drug surrenderees reach 12 thousand

DUMAGUETE City – The total number of drug users and drug pushers who have surrendered to the police in Negros Oriental reached 12,174 as of latest count.
A report from the Negros Oriental Philippine National Police (PNP) provincial office disclosed that the municipality of Sibulan had the highest number of surrenderees and the municipality of Basay with the lowest.
From July 1 to Oct. 26, those who surrendered to the police stations in the different towns and cities in Negros Oriental were as follows:
