CAPIZ – The new Dumarao Municipal Police Station in Dumarao town here was inaugurated yesterday.
Colonel Toland Bulalacao of the Capiz Police Provincial Office, who represented Police Regional Office 6 director Brigadier General Jack Wanky, and Mayor Mateo C. Hachuela led the inauguration of the project worth P9,970,314.24.
Also present during the ceremony were Provincial Administrator Arthur John Biñas and Sangguniang Bayan members, among others.
The construction of the police station building commenced in 2024.
Officers of the Dumarao police station led by Captain Tobias Garfin expressed their gratitude to the PRO-6 as the implementing agency of the project and the local government for their new building./PN
