ILOILO City – Police arrested the second most wanted fugitive in New Lucena, Iloilo.
Crist Jan Faduhilao, 24, of the town’s Barangay Cabugao was accused of rape.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11 a.m. on March 27.
The suspect was taken to the municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
