ILOILO City – Charged with rape, Cuartero, Capiz’s eighth most wanted man was arrested in Barangay Quipot, Janiuay, Iloilo.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of 49-year-old Edgar Lebris, police said.
Lebris, a resident of Barangay Mainit, Cuartero, Capiz, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant yesterday.
He was apprehended by joint elements of the Janiuay and Cuartero municipal police stations.
The suspect was brought to the Cuartero police station./PN
