BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended by the court for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect arrested in Barangay Mabini, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
The 40-year-old Joeraldine Pelobello of Barangay Sara-et, Himamaylan City was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:30 a.m. on March 9.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Amy Alabado Avellano of the Regional Trial Court Branch 58 in San Carlos City dated Feb. 26, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Escalante City police station./PN
