ILOILO City – Around 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 9, a resident of Barangay Tanza Esperanza, City Proper was detained at Police Station 1.
Benjamin dela Cruz, 39, hit his cousin Jun Inac with a piece of wood. Relatives hauled him to the police.
From what the police gathered, dela Cruz got mad because Inac chided him for being noisy.
With the help of barangay councilman Samuel Rubinas Sr., dela Cruz was taken to the police./PN
