ILOILO City – A customer who allegedly failed to pay for his drinks and a waiter fought at a KTV bar in the city, police reports showed.
Both customer Joever Chiquito, 36, of Barangay San Isidro, La Paz district and waiter Marlon Valla, 26, of Barangay Lutod-lutod, Roxas City were arrested.
The fight happened at around midnight on Jan. 17 at Paraiso After 5 KTV Bar.
Establishment manager Angelee Quiatchon told the police Chiquito failed to pay the beers he ordered worth P960.
Chiquito then acted unruly, confronting Valla, pulling the latter’s jacket and punching him on the stomach, Quiatchon said.
For his part, Chiquito claimed Valla fought back, punching him several times on face, thereby causing him bruises on the lips and right cheek.
Both were detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 1./PN
