BACOLOD City – Five sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P10,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Police recovered the suspected illegal drugs from 38-year-old Wilmar Dingcong and 30-year-old Aiza Clamor of Sitio Canabawan, Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Cadiz City.
Dingcong and Clamor were nabbed after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P500 around 8:30 a.m. on July 10, a police report showed.
Aside from the alleged illegal drugs, the suspects also yielded P600 cash, the report added.
They were detained in the Cadiz City police station’s custodial facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
