BACOLOD City – A court recommended a bail bond worth P36,000 for the temporary liberty of a 47-year-old man accused of domestic violence, a police report showed.
Resident Joselito Ordaniel was arrested around 1 p.m. on Thursday in Barangay Payao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, the report added.
Police caught Ordaniel on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to a charge filed against him for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
