ILOILO City – Six sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P60,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Isidro, Jaro district.
Resident Melalyn Reposar, 55, her daughter Merlinda, 23, and Alexis John Lim of Barangay Simon Ledesma, Jaro district yielded the suspected illegal drugs.
They were nabbed after selling suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P11,300 around 1:40 p.m. on Aug 21.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of the Jaro police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
