ILOILO City – Police have yet to identify the culprit in burning portions of a motorcycle in Zone 4, Barangay San Juan, Molo district.
Restituto Abello, 41, told the police he parked his motorcycle at a waiting shed near his house but discovered around 5:30 a.m. on May 16 that it was charred — the cover, the seat and the gas tank.
Senior Police Officer 1 Jonathan Tolentino checked the vehicle and believed the burning was intentional./PN
