ILOILO City – He was caught collecting bets for the illegal numbers game bookies, a police report showed.
The 27-year-old Richard Alaria of Barangay Alimono, Passi City, Iloilo was detained.
He was arrested on Monday in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Passi City.
The police recovered from him gambling money worth P424 and gambling paraphernalia./PN
