MANILA – Personnel of the Coast Guard Substation – Cadiz City (CGS-Cadiz) found a body of a male teenager floating in a river in Sagay City, Negros Occidental.

Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) spokesperson Armand Balilo identified the lad as 15-year-old Crismar Argel.

Argel’s body was fished out of a mangrove area of Himugaraan River.

Coast Guard Auxiliary Squadron (CGAS) member Allen Gonzales spotted the body around 10 a.m. on Friday. CGS-Cadiz was immediately alerted.

Argel was a resident of Barangay Cabahug, Cadiz City.
