BACOLOD City – A 38-year-old man was found dead at a pineapple plantation in Barangay Bago, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as Teofisto Villaruel, a resident of the village.
According to the police, the body was already in a state of decomposition when discovered by relatives around 5:30 a.m. on May 9.
The victim was last seen alive by a cousin on May 3, investigation revealed.
