BACOLOD City – Police arrested one of the most wanted persons of Police Station 2 in this city.
Julius Balandra, 29, a resident of Barangay 2, was caught on the strength of arrest warrant in Barangay 15 around 6 p.m. on June 28.
According to the police, Balandra is facing illegal drug charges.
