BACOLOD City – Two persons were separately charged with qualified theft in the cities of Victorias and Cadiz in Negros Occidental.
In Victorias City, the suspect was Norman Alarcon Donguines, 37, of Hacienda Milagros, EB Magalona town.
According to Superintendent Herman Garbosa, Victorias City police chief, Donguines was arrested by the Regional Public Safety Battalion and Regional Intelligence Unit.
Retired Judge Felipe Banzon of the Regional Trail Court, Branch 69 in Silay City issued the suspect’s arrest warrant dated April 30, 2008 yet for violation of Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code.
In Cadiz City, the theft suspect was Virgilio Baging Bermejo Jr., 38, Barangay Tinampaan.
His arrest warrant was issued by Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 in Cadiz City on Dec. 5, 2016./PN
