ILOILO City – A 15-year-old pregnant lass in Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro district accused the uncle of her live-in partner of rape.
The teenager, eights month pregnant, claimed Jorlie Dubria, 30, threatened to kill her, too.
The rape happened past midnight yesterday at the second floor room of her live-in partner’s house, according to the girl.
The teenager reported the rape to her beau who in turn alerted the police.
Dubria was taken to the Jaro police station.
At the time of the alleged rape, the girl’s live-in partner was on the ground floor entertaining people visiting his father’s wake.
Dubria admitted raping the girl; he claimed he was drunk.
“I didn’t know what I did,” said Dubria.
The girl and her live-in partner vowed to file a rape charge against the suspect./PN
