ILOILO City – The Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) has turned over a patrol vehicle and other equipment to police units across Western Visayas.
The blessing and turnover ceremony was led by PRO-6 director Jack Wanky.
Among the equipment were 21 units of auto-gated night vision, three generator sets, 236 pieces of tactical vests, 36 tires, 800 pieces of raincoats, and search and rescue equipment.
These acquisitions were made by the Philippine National Police under the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
Wanky advised the police force to ensure the proper maintenance of the provided equipment for more effective community service./PN
