ILOILO City – Police arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Hibao-an, Mnadurriao district.
Hernani Jaro of Barangay Pandac, Pavia, Iloilo was arrested around 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 11, a police report showed.
Jaro was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P2,000, it added.
When frisked, Jaro yielded 10 more sachets of suspected illegal drugs valued at around P20,000.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
