KALIBO, Aklan – Police arrested a drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Barangay New Buswang in this capital town.
Two sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from Rowan Macario, police said.
Macario – resident of Altavas, Aklan – was caught after he allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 12:30 a.m. on Friday.
Aside from suspected shabu, cash amounted to P8,000 was also confiscated.
Macario was detained in the lockup cell of the Kalibo police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
