At the forefront of the four-day seminar are Queenbank’s senior officers and directors led by the Bank’s Chairman and President, Margaret Ruth C. Florete.
Branch heads nationwide will showcase their significant achievements. In addition, areas of concern to improve service and efficiency will be given outmost importance.
This year’s theme, “People, Performance and Passion: Working Beyond Limits”, emphasizes Queenbank’s desire to attain its goals for this year.
In line with this year’s theme to further improve customer service quality, Queenbank has employed innovative ways to heighten operating efficiency and to keep itself abreast with competition. These formulated practices are assimilated into the culture and daily practices of the bank, well supported by management, tracked and followed through to ensure optimal returns.
These will likewise require training, the reason why Queenbank will further invest in continued manpower enhancements. Its true intent is to positively influence the outcome of opportunities its people are yet to encounter this 2017, anchored on a strong conviction that this year will be a growth year for Queen City Development Bank.
Queenbank offers a wide range of deposit services. Among others, Peso & Dollar Savings, Time Deposit, Business Checking, Automatic Transfer, ATM, Business Payroll Services, OFW remittances and Forex Exchange Trading.

In addition, Queenbank sustained a highly stable capital base with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 36.59 percent several times higher compared against the thrift bank industry standard of 18.1 percent as of 4th Quarter of 2016.
CAR is a measure of a bank’s capital expressed as a percentage of a bank’s risk weighted credit exposure. Deposits rose to P1.5 billion and loan portfolio to P1.3 billion, respectively.
As emphasized by Queenbank’s Senior Vice President, Enrico O. Jacomille, “Sustainability is also about trust.”
As a financial company, Queenbank continue to build the trust that has impacted the industry during the financial crisis. That comes down to everything from how business affairs are conducted, to good corporate governance, to how it values its customers and employees. Queenbank made progress in all these areas in the past year.
Finally, as Queenbank pursued sustainability, it also looked into its size and scale in supporting the economy, protecting its financial infrastructure, and building a great place to conduct business and to work.
