ILOILO City – Charged with two counts of rape, a fisherman was arrested in Barangay Macatunao, Concepcion, Iloilo.
He was Marnel Franco, 54, a resident of the village, police said.
Armed with a warrant of arrest, policemen of Concepcion staged Franco’s apprehension around 7:30 a.m. on yesterday.
The suspect was detained at the municipal police station. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
