ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay 4, Tigabauan, Iloilo.
Police identified him as 29-year-old Andy Von Cagay.
Cagay – resident of Barangay 3, Tigabauan – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10:40 a.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Tigabauan municipal police station.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for Cagay’s temporary liberty./PN
