BACOLOD City – For alleged rape, a man was nabbed by the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group in Barangay Estefania.
The suspect was identified as resident Hernanie Guansing, 76, a police report showed.
Guansing was arrested on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Philadelfa Pagapong-Aggraviador on July 24.
Guansing was arrested on Aug. 22 and recommended a bail of P200,000./PN
